Train to Gain: Grant funded training for SMEs

The Train to Gain Leadership & Management initiative is a government funded scheme aimed at supporting business leaders & owners who wish to develop themselves in a range of management and leadership capabilities. The funding is provided on a first come first served basis and many businesses have already signed up.

Are you eligible for up to £1000 of Train to Gain funding for Leadership & Management training?

Is your business based and registered in England?
Does your business employ between 5 - 249 employees (including full time, part time or volunteers)?

If you have answered "Yes!" to the above two questions, then your organisation is probably eligible for a government grant that can be used for management and leadership training provided by Fish HR & Training.

How does it work?

Step 2: Fish HR & Training will then arrange to meet with you to discuss what you want to achieve for your business, talk through the workshops that would best help drive your business forward and agree on when the training should take place.
Step 3: Fish HR & Training will deal with all the administration, referring you to a Train to Gain advisor who will get in touch with you to ask a few questions about your development needs, check your eligibility and give you a registration number.
Step 4: Once you are registered, the training can commence at a time to suit you.
Step 5: After the training, Train to Gain will contact you to ask for your feedback on the workshops & how you have been able to apply the learning to your business.
