Handling Disciplinaries & Grievances confidently

This half day session clarifies the legislation relevant to disciplinaries and dismissals and adopts a practical approach to handling formal meetings and grievance hearings. It makes use of a “live” case study approach giving delegates the opportunity to manage a typical employee relations issue whilst simultaneously minimising cost and risk to the business.
