At Fish HR & Training, we believe in lifelong learning; there are always new "tricks" that we can learn and apply to our personal and working lives. Fish HR offers a range of training & development from short individual coaching sessions, to half day & day workshops, to year long management development programmes.

All our training is tailored to the needs of your business and to those attending and is only ever written after full discussion with you (& often the delegates too) and an understanding of your desired training outputs is clear.

Our style is gently challening, down to earth, honest but above all supportive. We like to have fun during our training workshops as we believe that people learn best when they are happy and relaxed, but equally the sessions focus strongly on realistic outputs & bringing about enhanced performance for the individual and the organisation.
